Along with owning the day-to-day operations of the university’s primary social networking efforts, team members also assist and train other department representatives in learning best practices, brainstorming new ideas, developing aggressive campaigns, etc.
- Serves as the university’s official social media hub and content generation and engagement channel, including Facebook, Twitter and other emerging channels
- Generates social campaigns targeting key audiences to further engagement in support of strategic communications efforts
- Supports emergency communications
- Provides services and counsel to university clients
